I want collecting my artworks to feel personal, safe, and straightforward. These policies explain how shipping, refunds, privacy, and data handling work.
Prints are made on demand and shipped to you in a protective mailing tube. Prints are not framed. This keeps the artwork safer in transit and gives you freedom to frame it in your own style.
Original artworks are handled individually. Shipping method, insurance, packaging, and delivery estimate will be confirmed before payment is completed.
Free worldwide shipping on all print orders. No shipping fees will be added at checkout.
Because prints are made on demand, returns are not accepted for change of mind. If the print arrives damaged, I will send a replacement free of charge after the damage has been verified.

I only ask for information that is needed to reply to you, send newsletters you requested, process a print order, manage a commission inquiry, or fulfil an artwork purchase.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant checkout providers (such as Lemon Squeezy) — we never see or store your full payment details. Any third-party services we use (including Brevo, Zoho, and CreativeHub) are connected through secure, server-side methods that do not expose sensitive credentials in your browser.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can also request correction or deletion of your contact data by emailing info@casterart.com.
