Shipping Policy

Prints are made on demand and shipped to you in a protective mailing tube. Prints are not framed. This keeps the artwork safer in transit and gives you freedom to frame it in your own style.

Delivery timeframe

• The artwork will be dispatched within 5 working days after the order has been placed, because prints are made on demand.
• It should arrive within 15 working days after dispatch.
• You will receive a tracking code sent by the artist or fulfilment partner.
• You are responsible for any customs duty, import tax, or local charges that may apply in your destination country.

Original artworks

Original artworks are handled individually. Shipping method, insurance, packaging, and delivery estimate will be confirmed before payment is completed.

Return and Refund Policy

Because prints are made on demand, returns are not accepted for change of mind. If the print arrives damaged, I will send a replacement free of charge after the damage has been verified.

• You must contact info@casterart.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged print. Local consumer laws apply where they provide greater rights.
• Please include clear photos of the damaged print, packaging, mailing tube, and shipping label.
• Once verified, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

Privacy Policy

I only ask for information that is needed to reply to you, send newsletters you requested, process a print order, manage a commission inquiry, or fulfil an artwork purchase.

Where applicable, this data is processed for contract performance, consent, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and legitimate business interests such as replying to inquiries and maintaining order records.

Information collected

• Newsletter signups may collect your first name and email address.
• Commission inquiries may collect your name, email, phone number, country, shipping destination, project details, and reference images.
• Print purchases through Flutterwave may collect buyer, payment reference, shipping, and order information needed for payment verification, fulfilment, and buyer segmentation.
• Payment card data is processed securely by Flutterwave. This website does not see or store your full card details.

How your information is used

• To reply to inquiries.
• To send newsletters through Brevo if you choose to subscribe.
• To verify paid print orders through Flutterwave, assign edition numbers, and fulfil print orders through CreativeHub.
• To identify warm collectors who have already purchased, so future emails can be more relevant.
• To protect the website, prevent abuse, and maintain order records.

Data retention

Order records are retained for up to 7 years where needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal purposes. Newsletter contacts are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Commission inquiry details are retained for up to 12 months if no commission is agreed.

Reference photos submitted for commission inquiries are used only to assess or complete the commission. They are not sold. If no commission is agreed, they are deleted within 12 months. If a commission is completed, reference photos are deleted within 90 days after project completion unless you give separate permission to retain them for future work.

Security + third-party services

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. Payment information is processed through Flutterwave. We never see or store your full payment card details. Order, contact, and fulfilment data may be processed through trusted services including Flutterwave, Brevo, Zoho, Supabase, and CreativeHub.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You can also request correction or deletion of your contact data by emailing info@casterart.com.
